The best mechanical switches from what I can tell

Clicky switches- Kailh Box Jades / IBM Buckling Spring

Tactile switches- Zealios V2 / Topre Electrocapacitive

Linear switches- NovelKeys Cream / Gateron Ink Black

These are great if you’re looking for new switches. They feel great and sound great! I would definitely recommend lubing them though. Love this keyboard, I have the exact same one, but in pink and white, along with some NovelKeys cream and the typing experience is superb. The fact that it’s a hot swappable board makes it even better.

The quality is absolutely outstanding. Sounds great. Only downside is the fact that I ordered the 90 piece and only got 89. Not super upset about it considering the fact that my keyboard is only an 87 key. Overall, amazing product.

They also have a unique sound. They sound kinda like Lego pieces snapping into place (not that loud though). Novelkeys Creams are kinda scratchy, but once broken in with Krytox 205g0, they become phenomenal! The sound profile is so unique.

Sound good but there a little scratchy feeling and would wish they could be factory lubed for the price but otherwise sound great and are worth getting especially if your new to keyboard building

Like others have said, try looking for switches with extended poles for that nice clacky sound. Here are some suggestions as far as linear switches go:

Kailh pro switches

Cream switches are scratchy at first even after lubing you could hear some scratchy sound. But once you break them in, they are really smooth and good sounding switches.
