Nexstand Laptop Stand

I liked this product so much that I gave one to my best friend and ordered another for myself. But the second one was broken – can you please send a new one? It doesn’t sit correctly like the first one did.

I like that it is easy to set up, although it was a little tricky the first time. I don't like the instability. It must be okaced, "just so and is not easily readjusted.
