 My only issues are: 1) They're not as bright as I would like (you can't use this as the primary source of light in a room) 2) They connect individually to the connector (which connects to the power source), and they constantly keep coming loose and disconnecting themselves.  The second point is mostly why I deduct points from the ratings. I will plug it in, and even tape the LED components to the connector, but they STILL somehow end up coming loose. This is irriating because it changes the lights and you will have to plug them back in, move them around etc to get the color back

They work, but they didn't think about how many using it.

  The new and improved version led lights are several very bad steps backwards and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on nothing but a headache and will be forced to uninstall all of them and find a more reliable brand for this kind of light, unfortunately. Disappointed in where the quality went on the Nexillumi brand. I loved them until a corners were cut on production cost and materials. I’ve thrown away quite a few hundred bucks and HOURS and DAYS of installation time on these, only to have to take everything down and find a new reliable brand to redo my whole studio

 I’m a professional (former touring singer) of a radio rock band and now a songwriter, studio vocalist and producer for commercial published music and streaming television series content on the regular. I built my own recording studio and interior designs myself, and although it’s still a work in progress, I use the studio daily and these lights are exactly what I need to create “vibe” and “motivation” in the long hours of recording, writing and mixing music. Lighting is a key element in art and can stem all different kinds of inspiration depending on the mood you set. Nexillumi nailed it with these

Decent light kit

So, the lights themselves are actually fantastic- much brighter than expected and once working properly, (more on that below) I am very content with the purchase. The adhesive is also a bit stronger than expected which was a nice surprise. So why not 5 stars?  First off- this purchase DOES NOT contain the corner adapters. Those had to be purchased separately
