Moment Deathwish Tour

Fortunately for you, you’ve accidentally stumbled upon the subreddit where the cure to all life’s problems is the Moment Deathwish skis. Are there other ski brands? I’m not sure, but it apparently can’t be called skiing.

Purchased some Moment Deathwish Tour skis on their blemish sale. Been eyeing these up in the 179 length but they only had 174 at the time. Pulled the trigger and now the 174 are in. I've been riding the regular wildcat tour (116 underfoot) in the 184 length but find these to be a bit too long and need a bit more speed to come alive for the tighter more technical terrain.

Moment Deathwish 104. With the most promising seeming to be the M Frees.

I ski the same terrain and style as you. I’m 6.1 and also 155 lbs. Id reccomend the moment deathwish 104 or moment wildcat 108. I got mine for 450 with bindings on the used market. But they will be out of budget if you buy em new.

Do not buy the Moment Deathwish without demo'ing them. The triple-camber design is not for everyone.

If I had to grab one ski and use it all season everywhere I go, the Enforcer 104 would be ***very*** high on the list.

The Deathwishes have atomic backland bindings with brakes on them and this is my dedicated touring setup. I totally agree with the blister review in that putting a heavy binding on these would be a waste of a light ski. These punch way higher than their weight and are an absolute joy to ride. They edge crazy good and float well in deep snow.

Dude if you’re looking for hard charging twin tips then moment deathwish is your ski. They’re just a killer one ski quiver on hard pack and firm snow. They’ll crush it for you in the west. They’ll charge hard on groomers and be great in powder.

But also quite stiff in the middle of the ski and really comes alive with speed. Deathwish has moments triple camber design so they have a unique feel to them and a surprising amount of edge grip on firm snow.
