Just received an email from Milwaukee that they cancelled my knee pad order due to “the overwhelming excitement and a limited supply on this promotion”. However, they offered me a choice of replacement products including a hard hat, impact driver bits, face masks, gloves, and a Milwaukee shirt+hat. Anyone else get the email?.

Milwaukee or DeWalt are the only two brands I'd bother with for battery power tools. Hell, I even worked at an Ingersoll Rand owned facility for a while. They had to hide all the red and yellow when important people walked through.

As a full time contractor I won’t touch their stuff but I do have one of their nail guns because the price was unbeatable. I prefer Milwaukee tools but it’s really unnecessary to go down that route unless you’re planning on using the stuff daily and for years.

I wear Milwaukee safety glasses for night/lowlight conditions. They work like a charm. I might even get another pair with foam around the frame to help keep the winter air out.

I hadn't handled any of milwaukee's lights until this past Saturday. I got to play with a couple of them (including the model in your photo) and they're really solid! I love that they use nice emitters across their entire lineup.

All the Milwaukee battery powered tools are great, I recommend them for sure. You have a Makita and Milwaukee battery tool, both are good but it’s convenient to have all yours tools in one system, that way you’re not fooling with multiple chargers and batteries.
