The only problem is when you out the wheels on you can't fit the cord through. The instructions also tell you how many of each piece of hardware to use but if you use the recommended pieces you will run out of hardware. Extremely frustrating putting this together but the quality is nice

 You would just need to invest in some weights. So there's a link down below where you can order this. Look, I'm not being paid to do this. They sent this to me for free, full disclosure, for me to rate and assess

 This right here to me is a little bit of a waste because when you bring this down for low rows, it doesn't quite give you full extension here. So you're only coming to here, which is fine for some people, but I like to be able to lean over a little bit more. So if I were designing this, I would have it extend out. But again, I'm being very, very critical on these things

 Put this on here. Load it up in rows. If I want it, I can turn this around, tighten this up so it doesn't spin. Tighten that up there

decent rack little thinner guage metal then expected but still nice has alot of attatchments with it only downfall is i paid for the the bench with it which i didnt receive and now i am going through a struggle with the seller to refund me for the bench they say that they are sold out in the benchs and will refund me 100$ for the bench so far i got a pending refund of 69 dont know whats going on still trying to reach out to them

pay extra attention to when you do the cables, when I assembled as the diagram showed the weights were a couple inches from resting position but once I moved the pulley to the bottom position and used one of the hooks at the bottom mount it leveled out.

The utility of the rack meets all the lifting techniques that I will be using. Having a weights organizer keeps the area clean. If there is any draw backs it is that the cable system obstructs the ability to spot a person when bench pressing. This is however remedied by moving your the barbel holders to the front of the rack

Overall decent quality. Altogether fairly sturdy without weights on it once everything is nice and tightened. The instructions are lacking some details and aren't always clear. It really needs two people to assemble easily with all the overhead pieces
