Cons: The timer starting point is at the 20 min. mark on dial. You either turn to the right for 10 mins. of cook time starting at the 30 min

 Turn to the left from the 20 min. mark starting point down to the zero, will count up to the 20 min. mark on timer for 20 mins. cooking time! Picture a watch where 12 is at the top, and 6 o’clock is at bottom

 The thermostat also seems to be a lot more accurate than my previous Cuisinart TOA-60. My biggest gripe: the "On/Off" outer button moves around as though it were loose and it can stick along one side so that it gets stuck, and the oven will not come on. You have to "giggle" it -- some times a lot -- in order to get it unstuck to make contact with the underlying button.

In the few days I’ve had this …it’s a great size for one appetite if you’re not too hungry! Fast, efficient. I put white nail polish on the indents to be able to see where the dials are when setting time and temperature. I’ve asked if you can glue the 3 silicone feet protecting the inset as they almost washed down the garbage disposal when cleaning. They should be mentioned in the parts manual
