Absolute Favorite Leash For Daily Walks

Three handles are great, thick leash

I really loved this leash and still love the design. Unfortunately the clip/clasp on both of my leashes has detached and cut my hands on a couple of occasions. I had to peel off the electroplating to reveal the brass underneath to avoid any further injury.

clip/clasp is electroplate and it comes off in VERY sharp slivers

 The handle on his harness was nice, but when you're 4-6 feet away [length of the leash] and he's a squirrelly little 9-lb ball of energy, it's hard to grab him, especially if you have short t-rex arms like I do. I figured I'd have the same problem with leashes that have only a second handle down near the dog. And, I noticed that the short handle is often very short, because those leashes are often sized for big dogs that are much taller than a 9-lb spastic little dog.  I searched and searched and searched

 But I am definitely happy with it!  The handles are all kind of padded. Not so padded as to be too thick and hard to grab, but not rope-feeling. They just feel nice. I have small hands and short fingers, but I have no problem keeping a good grip on this (even while holding my other dog's flexi-leash handle)

This makes walks super fun :-\ We use a flexi-leash with our other dog because he's more calm and easy to reel in when needed, but needed something different for this second dog. 10/10 would buy again - seriously, THREE HANDLES are amazing.

I was not familiar with Max and Neo before this but will continue to purchase from them going forward. I had a thin leash from when my puppy was 10 lbs and wanted something more sturdy with more control options. Even though our original leash is still in good condition and works for our now grown puppy (38lbs), I was ready to upgrade our leash. Our dog is usually a great walker but sometimes gets overly excited meeting other dogs and occasionally wants to jump on someone

This leash covers all of that comfortably and securely

 My only complaint is that it is heavy - much heavier than my thin one we currently used. I am getting used to it and it does not seem to bother my dog at all transitioning to the new leash. It was just too good and useful of a leash so I decided to keep it and get used to the extra weight. This also means it's a very sturdy leash that would hold up to anything my dog or any larger dog could do

My husband (Very Tall) and I (Average Height) started fostering dogs this summer. We got this leash for a few reasons, and it has been absolutely key in helping us create a good situation with the dogs we've housed so far. Key points for us: a) Having different handle positions is great for his arm length and my arm length, so we're both comfortable with the same leash. b) We are open to many breeds and sizes, so having different length options has been great for shorter and taller doggies

 c) These dogs are coming from shelters and some have not lived in a city before, so their leash manners are still a work in progress. The shortest handle is at the perfect length to help control the dog when we approach traffic corners, and to work on basic commands while we walk. d) Our neighborhood is full of dogs, and narrow sidewalks, so while all of our dogs have been very friendly, some of the dogs we encounter have been less approachable. The shortest handle is great for extra control while everyone sniffs out the situation, and to make a quicker exit if we find out we're not all best friends

 My dog pulls hard and other leashes hurt my hands, but not this leash. The stitching is strong. The webbing is thick. The clasp is sturdy

Best leash we've owned!

  The primary handle allows freedom for the dog to roam. The middle handle offers better control of your dog. The traffic handle is the perfect length from the clip so as to not have to bend over to guide my dog across the street but still grants exceptional control when I need to keep my dogs close.  Handles are lined with padded neoprene and the leash itself is made of a high quality, thick material with reflective detail for when you walk your dogs at night
