Product is Awesome... Fulfillment is problematic

The product is top notch, but the delivery experience ranks at the very bottom. The employees for the delivery company are great, but the logistics company used and how LG executes these deliveries is from the 80s.

Solid Appliance But Burnt Clothes

The dryer is nice, large capacity, dries clothes without a problem. However we had a n issue with ours where some clothing items started to come out burnt. Our unit is currently being serviced so hopefully this fixes it.

Absolutely love love this dryer. I'm able to put large loads in dryer with no problem.
