Finally got a rack worthy of the new bike. Such a big upgrade from the $100 swagman I had lol.

Kuat clearly let the art department take the lead on this design. They went out of their way to make everything smooth and curvy, but at some expense to everything else. The primary structural joints are a manufacturing nightmare, and there's not much adjustability. Buy this if you want a bike rack that looks good on your car

Hitch Rack Suggestions

Installation should be easy, but one of the long bolts was cross threaded from the factory. I was able to make it work, but not ideal. For the money I was hoping for a cleaner fit.

Hitch that works for both truck and car

 For those that need high ground clearance, 1Up USA makes racks that work great for offroad adventures. For those looking for a great sturdy rack that can handle a little abuse while protecting your bikes, this is a great choice.

I love this bike rack. It is so easy to put my bikes on and go. The fact that I can still access my hatch with or without bikes on the rack is huge. The rack is solid and does not move when tightened
