Install and operation are super easy. You’re going to get a better “massage” function at almost any mid-level hotel. Misting function is kind of pointless. This replaces a previous Koehler shower head that had become too clogged with sediment and had substantial water stain buildup - it lasted about 2-3 years and the water pressure was never great

Functions appropriately

 The pressure on the main setting is severely lacking. The water comes out in fat drops but its just not fast enough. I will say the mist setting is very nice but you cant take a shower with just that setting.

I am very cheap and never buy $100 showerheads. But I decided to splurge and the recommendation of wire cutter helped sealed the deal. I am very disappointed so far. It is a very functionable product, but for $100 I guess I was just expecting more

In hand feels like a cheap generic shower head, the price is not justified for the materials used. Additionally, 1.75gpm flow feels like a trickle. I am man with short hair and still struggled to get the shampoo off

Installed easy, works well- both sons hate it. Not enough water on the regular shower setting, have to chose the madsage setting to get enough water, and than it’s just one narrow bundle.

This shower head works fine, but the housing is plastic. It has a very cheap feel, and for the cost, one should get more than what this product gives the buyer.

With a glowing review in the New York Times Wirecutter section and fancy marketing terms from Kohler, you would believe that this showerhead can turn a trickle into a Niagara Falls of luxury. Not quite, but it is a step up from the WaterPik Shower Massage showerhead it replaced and saves as much water as that one did. The introduction of air is supposed to create “fatter“ water droplets. The rain setting is nice and is helped by the large showerhead, which means that a pleasant rain falls over a wide area

No miracle but a step up from average

When I initially installed this showerhead, I absolutely LOVED it. The regular shower mode (I think they call it Katalyst) is nice and relaxing, with the right amount of pressure. The massage isn't particularly strong, but the SILK SPRAY. Oh

  Unfortunately, after just over a year of use, the showerhead started dripping. Not from the connection point to the water line, but rather from the dial and face of the shower head. I have taken it down and cleaned it, and the water is not coming from any of the individual openings in the face. It started as small, infrequent drips, and it has now progressed to a full stream of water coming straight down from the face of the shower head

 I tried calling their support line, but returns need to go through a plumbing supply company, and I bought this on Amazon.  I really enjoy using this showerhead, but I think that the quality of it may not be up to par for Kohler.
