 You know grippy let rubber on the top, and it's it's pretty. Nice, it feels good. The blade is full tang. So it's not going to snap off right here and the kershaw was actually founded in 1974 in portland oregon and now we will test it

 You just unbutton that right there uh all together, the blade is 24 inches, but from here to here it's only 18 inches and it weighs about 2 pounds. The handle is hard rubber, underneath and soft. You know grippy let rubber on the top, and it's it's pretty. Nice, it feels good

Hey guys, this is edge knife here and today i'll be reviewing the kershaw camp 18 machete welcome back guys. So here is the box that the machete comes in and inside there is a little owner's manual that comes with it. It has some useful tips about the blade and how to like, put it on your belt if you're, left-handed or something like that too, and so here is the machete and it does come in this case. It'S got little metal bolt like things in the sides so that the blade doesn't cut through and it does have a velcro velcro belt loop that you can just hook onto your belt to hold it in and to take out the machete

 It was a smooth process and got my same new machete within 3 days. Thanks Amazon! Like other reviewer said, this camp 18 seems a little brittle and not tough enough to withstand chopping or hitting woods. Since I got another one, let's see how long it will last.

 How deeply that cut in on your next one buddy just do a big cut there yo and then leave it in place. Do one more and then I'll zoom in on the cut for a second other way, so it's easier to see on camera that way, yep perfect! Here we go all right now. Let me just zoom in there for one. Second, you see how deeply that cut in go ahead, and do it one more time perfect

 So if you take a look, the stalk on this blade is nearly a quarter of an inch thick, so we've got a good heavy stock. Now, in terms of use, you can go ahead and keep chopping or swinging it around a little bit in terms of use. It works pretty well because of the fact that you've got a really well-balanced blade here. It'S it's thick and strong, but it's also thin enough that it slices well okay

 Oh, the one thing we should have shown you bring it back up here, pal and we'll put it on a bit of an angle so that they can see how thick the Bastille is at the back. The knife is exactly as described on the site I found one problem which isn't all that terrible but it still is a problem any how the sheath itself takes and holds the knife too loosely for my taste I can probably remedy it but I just haven't figured what I will be doing just yet further review will reveal what I intend to do for now it is a very good knife well worth the price as compared to a few others

 You are good to go now. Another good thing about it is because of these straps on the back. It might be a cool thing to put on it. You know your bug out bag or some type of hunting back, and have it like that due to the fact of how easy it slides out of this sheath, but overall guys with the sheath in with it being on your hip, it's not bad

This thing is a beast mode and I should have had the review done just forever ago, but one thing leads to another, but this thing is still going strong so guys, even though this review is about a year late, I at least was able to do a Little quick review for you, but guys hope that you liked the video hope it helped and right here, as you can see, I actually smoked this thing with a blade from a weed eater like the blades on there and it tore the plastic a little bit, but The full time it holds up, but anyway, guys hope there were few help.  So this thing is super strong, of course, full tank gon na run all the way to the handle got you a little lanyard hole right here in case you wanted to add a wrist strap to it, but the blade on this thing is super thick and it's Not too top-heavy, so you know a lot of times with the balance. You know, you'll get a lot heavier blade and it seems like it will come out of your hand. In this case, I feel like I can get good control of it hit at an angle. Now another great thing about it is this actual sheath that it comes with

 However, this sucker is tough, so right here, let me show you what I've already done to it now right here on the handle. It has the rubberized grip on it, but right here I had a blade on a weed eater and I had it. You know, I guess it was hidden under some brush and then BAM. I smoked it with that blade and all it did was just kind of mess up the rubber right there

Full tang, very durable and sharp. This thing is one part Machete, one part knife, one part sword and one part hatchet. This is easily a competitor for the best machetes out their that are mass produced. For the noise it makes when its in the sheath I just jammed a small wad of the paper that made up the packaging in the sheath to get rid of that problem

LOVE THE KNIFE, BUT DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHYT KERSHAW MAKES ALL IT CHOPPERS WITH SUCH SMALL, HANDLES.  MY HANDS ARE BY NO MEANS BIG, HARD TO GET A REALLY GOOD GRIP WHEN YOUR FINGERS GO ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HANDLE AND TOUCH YOUR PALM.  ONLY COMPLAINT SO FAR.
