The KBS Pro MBF-010 is another excellent bread machine that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking a premium appliance. This machine did exceedingly well at incorporating all of the ingredients into the dough, only leaving a tiny amount of unmixed cornstarch on the outside of the gluten-free loaf in our tests. It has all the features and functions that we could ask for and is fairly easy to use. The kneading paddle usually stays in the machine, and the locking pan makes it very easy to pull the finished bread out once it's done baking. This machine produced some of the most consistently colored crusts with very uniform browning. 
Our biggest gripe with KBS Pro MBF-010 is its interface. We found having all the options lit up at once can make it a little cluttered and confusing, though it's easier once you become accustomed to it. It's also a bit heavier than some of the other machines. However, we feel these are fairly minor dings against its performance. We're huge fans of this model and highly recommend it.

 It does come just with the regular measuring cup that goes all the way up to 300 ml and it also lists either the Mls on one side and list cups on the other side and also ounces. so it has a lot of different features on there for the cup. and then it also has a tablespoon and a teaspoon measuring cup as well. I am doing the sweet, which is number two

 Um, so first things first is you just open it up. The other nice thing that it has is a way that you guys can add like nuts and things. If you want to have raisins or add any other nuts, walnuts, or anything, you're going to be able to do it and it's going to, um, drop them in at the right time when it needs to. So there is, um, something right here where all you're going to do is you're going to put the nuts and everything inside of it and you would just attach it and touch it right back on there

 And they do specify to make sure that yeast is on top and so that is what I'm making sure I am doing. The other cool thing, what it comes with is it does come with two measuring cups. It does come just with the regular measuring cup that goes all the way up to 300 ml and it also lists either the Mls on one side and list cups on the other side and also ounces. so it has a lot of different features on there for the cup

 This machine came just as promised in terms of all the features. There are 17 preprogram settings, the bowl is ceramic coated and otherwise made out of an aluminum material. And this machine does have a power outage feature where if your power goes off the machine will continue running for a short period of time. The main downside to this machine is that how to program the various loaf settings is a little tricky and while I didn’t have much trouble with it my 73-year-old mother-in-law could not do it on her own

 You do want to use the fast rise yeast not the regular because that's a fermentate and that will take too long and won't work. So you want anything that says fast rise yeast it'll even say works in bread machine And so when when you put it in you want to either make a line or canal or you can make like a hole in the middle. Either is fine. So I'm going to go ahead here and make a canal a nice deep line here

Decent Bread Maker

Fantastic bread maker for the money

Recently, I have been leaning towards healthy eating and fresh ingredients.  So I thought I would take my best recipes from the Electric Bread Cookbook, as it would be a fair comparison. I made my French bread and it had the same bottom crust but not top crust of the Panasonic. But when I toasted the bread, it was shocked at how good it was, and even better than the Panasonic. All the other recipes I've tried are as good as well
