Like it overall, with a few caveats.

Be careful here. The ad shows the 2 in 1 steak tray as part of the package. However, one does not come with the item. I had to call CS and they are helping me now get one by having me email Kalorik. It's been almost a week now and there has been no response from Kalorik so be aware that it's not a s...

Definitely a learning curve, now that we've ruined some simple foods like toast, bacon, veggies and a few other foods, we almost have it figured out. the instruction booklet was not helpful. the preset times are not correct. We are still learning but getting better at it.

The air frying component takes some getting used to. The whole oven gets very hot on the exterior when it's on. Thought it would be a little more substantial for the price.

I like the oven. It works well, but not even a month old, and the letters labeling the buttons is wearing off. Not even a month old. That shouldn’t happen.

Hard to manage smokes a lot have to open all windows when using the oven . Buttons are already erased with only a couple of uses. Will not purchase again.

There was a screw which fell out during transit. It doesn't stay in anymore. Still works great, but need better quality control. Easy to use.

This does everything and more and replaced my previous toaster oven. Love the air fryer feature.

There are two things I don't like:

1 - The doors on this are very light and SLAM closed at the slightest movement.
