I could accept that figuring out how to creatively pack this medium sized bag (depending on what I need to carry) would become a daily requirement. Also for the convenience of being able to switch between back pack straps and shoulder straps at will, I was willing to accept that, contrary to all of the assurances on YouTube, the shoulder straps are really uncomfortable when the bag is packed heavily

 It is not as big as a true backpack style diaper bag, but any bigger it would've been too heavy and not look as cute. I bought their set pieces in the first lady print which helped me organize my stuff (my diapers and wipes are in the largest set piece). Sorry for the super long review, I hope it helps other moms in the market for a stylish and "mostly" practical diaper bag ;)

 But because it's high quality (and not cheap plastic) the bag JINGLES when you walk around wearing it. Some people might like it, but I get kind of annoyed by the noise. A quick solution is to tug one of the zipper thing inside the bag so they don't hit against each other. Another issue is weight, this diaper bag is not that light compared to my old bag pack diaper bag, probably due to the hardware and just the general nice construction of the bag

I can see why people love this bag. It's sturdy and well-made with excellent organization. I purchased it to use as my everyday handbag, and have decided to return it. The only reason for the return is that it's too big of a silhouette for me and as a result it looks like a girly briefcase

Great bag - just not for a handbag replacement.

I wish it were a bit bigger. I can put a lot for my toddler (sunscreen, bib, snack container, hat, light layer - coat will not fit), but might be challenged for a newborn who needs more costume changes, diapers, a blanket, etc. I also wish that it had one large divider pocket somewhere so you could keep food containers separate from the rest. It's all tiny pockets (helpful, but lacking larger organization)
