I just got the JBL 2.1 Deep Bass Soundbar. I hooked it up to my new Epson HC 2100 Projector (also purchased today). Hooked my PS4 up to the HDMI Input on the soundbar and then went HDMI Out to the PJ.

Compared to the Vizio and the Polk, the JBL Deep Bass 2.1 sounded the most thrilling when I watched the Thanator chase from Avatar. The larger sub was able to catch more of the low-frequency effects -- from the pad of the creature's footfalls to the gentle roar of the waterfall -- and the jungle came alive with insects and running water

Best brand Soundbar for compatibility with a X900h

I have the JBL 2.1 Deep Bass and everything just works, no issues with anything. No noticable sound delay while gaming on PS5 or any of that crap, no disconnection issues, really everything just works. But of course this is a stereo sound bar which doesn't support eARC, I suspect most "dumb" bars like this will just work.

For $300, the JBL Bar 2.1 is an excellent value. You get extremely powerful sub-bass, crisp highs, the ability to adjust the bass balance—essentially the complete package

I have the JBL 2.1 deep bass, no issues. It just works. No noticable sound delay. I think most simple sound bars should work, the issues are related to eARC, atmos etc.
