Unfortunately, it lacks low-bass, so you can't feel the deep rumble in bass-heavy music like EDM or hip-hop, and it downmixes stereo content to mono, which isn't as immersive. Also, unlike other party speakers we've tested, it doesn't come with any inputs to wire an external microphone or other instruments to the speaker. That said, while it currently retails for a little over $100, it's still a solid choice if you're looking for a speaker to bring to your next gathering that won't break the bank

For the price, this is a good value. It seems loud enough, but won’t win any awards for sound quality. It sounds like what it is, a $100 sound system built into a plastic box. I can’t say I am disappointed though. The lights are a little over the top. I don’t need a cheesy light show very often.

I am liking these units when they stay in sync. Unfortunately they like to fall out of sync a lot. Undecided if I want to keep them, not cheap to have this issue. So far the battery life seems fair since I usually have them up pretty loud.
