Its good, just not $40 great.

Luckily I was able to snag this while it was on sale. I have to turn it on the hottest setting to get a real long lasting curl from it. For reference I have long fine hair. I have had revlon irons in the past that have performed better, but for $27. I'll keep it!

Just not great. I’m replacing an iron I’ve had for years and Apparently I took for granted how good my hair had been looking. My hair/curls just look very amateur and childish. Not cute, modern or sexy.

Curling iron works as expected. Nothing fancy but does the job. However at this price point I would have expected the basic safety feature of auto shut off after a reasonable elapsed time.
