Hot Shot Tools Gold Series Spring

It does what I need it to. I always have a hard time finding the 5/8 " size. So, I'm happy. The cord is a bit stiff as other reviewers mention, but that cord is nice and long. I like that. It does not have an auto off; I wish it did. Nice tight clamp though!

This is not like the older Hot Tools irons....it doesn’t heat up like the older version did, even though mine says it heats to 450 degrees. When it’s fully turned out, it doesn’t get very hard, nor does it create tight, long lasting curls. Disappointing.

This is a great curling iron but the cord on it is not as flexible as the previous one. A little cheaper quality for the same price. I may look into another brand next time.

Much better than other brands . Need to be made better. The springs break and there is nothing else wrong with the product so you have to throw it away and buy a new one.

Obviously the one I got was defective, I'll change this rating when I receive the replacement and it works. This one, the barrel didn't get hot, barely warm, but the tip of it was so overly hot it melted the plastic end piece...definitely a fire hazard....hope the replacement one will work better......

I am totally satisfied with this purchase. It is a little pricy, but well worth it. 5/8" barrel is difficult to find, but this is perfect. Arrived packaged securely and on time. It heats up quickly, has different options on heat, and a tight spring (most important). It is not possible to find this q...

purchased 1/7/2020. The thermostat has already failed it stays too hot and I cannot use it. I have never had a curling iron last such a short time. I have a different one the same brand, I have had for years. Stills works but i needed a smaller one. Any guarantee on this item???

I purchased this curling iron because the manufacturer claimed it is dual voltage. It is not, as you can see from the picture. If it were dual voltage, it would say 120/240, but it only says 120. If I used this in Europe, it would melt or explode.

Exactly what I was looking for! Loved that it was a little bit bigger than the 1/2 gives the perfect curl for my medium/short hair. Heats up very quickly very well made. Highly recommend and totally worth the price!!!

This is a brand that I always buy and have several sizes. They work well and are long lasting. Especially like that the springs for the handle are replaceable and spare springs are included
