Great for Hard Floors

This is great for floor workout on hard floors. I've been trying to find something that will cushion on my hard floors. Trying to be consistent in doing the "dead bugs" for core workout. This works great! I bet you could also use it for sleeping on hard ground.

Comfortably thick and firm

As the title states, this is a comfortable mat to use especially on a hard floor surface. The only complaint would be that the carry strap is not actually attached to the mat. Other than that, the mat is fine.

Absorbs sound really well.
