Your measurements are similar to mine, just a smidge smaller. I recommend the Harper Wilde Bliss bralette for you.. It's soft and comfy with very little separation. Doesn't squash things flat line a sports bra, but gives a flatter shape than most other bralettes.

I bought just about every type of bra out there and my favorite for both support and 0 tactile issues is the Harper Wilde Bliss bra - by a country mile.

So I’m the opposite of anyone knowledgeable about bras and I mainly just lurk here, but I often have a ton of soreness and tenderness around my period, and my favorite bralette for that time is [this from Harper Wilde. I’m a 42DD, and it’s so supportive without being too squishy. I’d imagine you could exchange and size down if you want more support, and their customer service is great!.

I love the fabric and coverage this bra gives me, and the band doesn't ride up per se, but the underwire doesn't quite rest against my chest and sort of floats against the underside of my breasts. I also have to do the opposite of the scoop and swoop to fit my breast tissue into the bra. During the pandemic, I ended up switching to non-underwired bras such as the Girlfriend Collective Cleo (L), Harper Wilde Bliss (XL), and Arq Full Coverage (XL).

Every other bralette I’ve ever tried rolls and flips at the band the second I bend or sit down. Most non-wired sports bras too, unless I get the kind that hooks in the back, and even then a lot of them roll up. I used to put up with True & Co thinking they were the only really soft bralette option and I convinced myself that they roll up at the bottom because my body is wrong. Turns out their design isn’t good for me and Harper Wilde is so much better.

As of recent, the only thing that works for me is the Harper Wilde Bliss bra in 3x or 4x. I highly recommend it. I also have their nursing bra in 3x and it’s the only nursing bra I have ever liked.
