Evaluation of Human-AI Teams for Learned and Rule-Based Agents in...
Will humans prefer AI teammates that improve objective team performance or those that improve subjective metrics of trust? In this study, we perform a single-blind evaluation of teams of humans and AI agents in the cooperative card game Hanabi, with both rule-based and learning-based agents.
Simple, collaborative strategy game
A really simple and fun cooperative card game! Takes a round or two to master the skill of "clueing" others, but once you get it, it's great. Unfortunately, it's really easy to accidentally cheat (for example, I've said "I know this is a Red 3" and my teammates went "uhhhh... are you sure?" So sudde...

LOVE this game, Beware seller "Matt Kevin"
Hanabi is So much fun and such a great challenge every time you play. It's my favorite take-along game since it's small enough to fit in my purse and is easy to play even in a crowded space. We already owned a set of this game and have loved playing it with every group of people we can find. Because...
How to Play Hanabi | Roll For Crit
Perhaps the most important note about Hanavi is that you are not supposed to give other players any kind of information outside of your actions. Using clock tokens no helpful hints no discussing strategy between turns no, nothing keep your mouth shut or you can bend the rules a little who's. Gon na know it's a co-op game.
Hanabi Review - with Tom Vasel
I don't know if it's still Yaris material, it's a pretty neat game, but it certainly has some unique things about it. Where you can't see your cards, it's a card cooperative game and it's also fairly short, we're talking. Twenty thirty minutes so certainly one that for the price you might as well check it out, Hanavi thanks so much for watching the diced
Really unique and fun little game
Decent for 2; great for 3+. Haven't even tried variation with the extra set of cards yet; so I think there is a lot of replayability here. Unique co-op game where you cannot look at your own hand and other player have to give you hints so you know what's in your hand and what to play. It's up to you...
Are there any co-op games that have built-in mechanisms to prevent quarterbacking?
I feel like it’s not really co-op anymore if you’re told NOT to help each other figure it out. That said, you’re going to want to look for any games with hidden information and no talking, like Magic Maze and Hanabi and The Mind.
Hanabi Review - Starlit Citadel Reviews Season 2
Another potential challenge that comes with kanabi, being such a social game is that, as with most games, you'll probably end up with one player who's a bit of a weaker link. Maybe their memory isn't so good and they lose track of some of their clues. Maybe they forget that they're not supposed to look at their cards when they're drawing a new one people mess up, but I find that with Hanavi that person can get piled on just a little bit
