This appliance costs a fraction of what the Virtuoso Plus does, all while delivering comparable loaves in terms of taste and texture. The crust is usually reasonably uniform, and the overall appearance of the bread is fairly nice. The nonstick pan is also a breeze to clean &mdash; it's dishwasher safe-- and the bread pan's handle will lock into the folded down position, making it easy to dump out the bread once it is baked. 
This discount bread machine does make a few concessions to keep the cost down. The HomeBaker has a much smaller set of presets than many of the others, and it struggled a bit with some of the more specialized loaves in our test, with the whole wheat bread and the gluten-free loaf collapsing a bit. Despite a few significant drawbacks, it's hard to find a better bread-making appliance than this Hamilton Beach model if you are shopping on a budget.

Purview of my new bread maker that I recently got the Hamilton Beach home baker and I'm going to do the review and do a recipe that I found on Pinterest for soft white bread and then show you at the end of the video how the bread turns out and all of that bread maker are mine. at least it's got a little bit of flour on it. Long Review and 1st loaf positive experience

  So I made up the bread to directions, having to add a bit more water to get the proper consistency of dough; tacky on the surface like masking tape on your finger, but not sopping wet or ropy sticky. The bread came out a perfect loaf; I love the shape--unlike the bucket pans of the first machines, this pan approximates an oblong loaf. The crust was even, the rising was not lopsided. Success

 I used quick yeast and checked the bread dough consistency for the right amount of flour and liquid (the texture was correct) but the timing of the cycle and baking was not right. 4. They do give you an extra paddle (why.

  Anyway, the bread came out 3 hours later on the whole wheat cycle (#11) really nice. I haven't tried the delayed start, and I put my whole flaxseeds in at the start as the recipe suggested. Next time I'm making it right away I'll add the seeds when the machine does its can't-miss beeping to signal the time that it wants you to do that. I also didn't do the delayed start, but given that the timing was as expected I look forward to testing that feature out soon for waking up to fresh bread

Satisfactory entry-level bread machine

It's not the most expensive and it's not the cheapy version - but I like it.

 Within 3 hours of starting the machine, you get a nicely cooked cinnamon raisin loaf. I've switched raisins with other dried fruit, results were uniformly delicious. And so, I can give this high marks and positive recommendation to buy. I am not a baker, and feel great satisfaction in making fresh, tasty bread
