GT Aggressor Pro

I went out and bought myself a GT aggressor pro about a 2 months ago from dick's sporting goods and so far I have been having alot of fun. When I was younger I could not do much but I could bunny hop and drop off of like a 2 foot drop. Well turns out riding a bike is not like "riding a bike". Now I'm bald with a A-cup (maybe B) I figured that this would be a good mid life crisis for myself.

I bought a GT Aggressor Pro from Dicks but now after seeing how I’m liking MTB and seeing that it’s something I’m more than likely going to stick with I’d like to get something a little more trustworthy and better built. With the unfortunate shortage of bikes I see that Polygon is at least taking preorders and can ship them out within 10 days…or so the site says. I have been trying to track down a Trek as well.

Nothing wrong with a GT. I had a GT Aggressor for my first bike a little while back and it was a solid bike.

If your looking for new i have the gt aggressor pro i bought from dicks in the 500$ range. Decent bike. But id seriously check out the used bikes on facebook marketplace and craigslist first. Really all depends on what you want.

I just bought a GT Aggressor Pro and I make 6 figures. I have been enjoying it very much, it handles the casual trails I like to ride, I’m not competitive so it fits the bill for me.

I got a GT Aggressor Pro last year, got a new bike seat, clean it regularly and make sure it's lubed well. The bike was under $600 new and I added stuff to it. That thing rides like a champ.

All round great value for a beginner. I initially looked at the GT Aggressor Pro from dicks for $599 but the reviews are filled with people talking about snapped chains/lousy components and places like OfferUp/Craigslist are filled with them, meaning people probably upgrade to something better real fast. I rode a GT aggressor pro for 3 years then upgraded to a giant fathom, but I recently ordered a trek fuel EX 9.8 and that will come late spring

I got a good deal from dicks by ordering online and got a GT AGGRESSOR PRO for $500 with a 6month warranty for $600 total

I like it, kinda heavy, kinda cheap parts, but definitely better than Walmart

I got a GT Aggressor Pro when I first started, still have it, its only good out of the box for very light duty and easy xc trails. I immediately changed from coil to air fork (+$200) and upgraded the awful tires (+$200) in addition to the stem/bars/grips/pedals (+$150) so I ended up paying close to a much better bike that had modern standards (hubs, axles, tapered head tube). If i could do it again I’d have went with a Polygon Xtrada 7 or nice Trek Roscoe - I’m saving up for one of those as we speak.
