Google products have always had great returns processes for me, but the Pixel Slate team must be outsourced. It is so inept and useless, I have been waiting over 3 months just to get a returns label on a Pixel Slate + keyboard that stopped working within warranty.

The Pixel Slate team don't operate on any time frame. I understand the pandemic is a difficult time, but offering support to a customer should never take 3 months. Luckily I have more devices and money to buy a replacement, if this was my only computer I could be in a bad position, a bit shameful on Google's part.

I have one now and it 's a treat to use but early on, you would've thought you were using an OG Droid from 15 years ago it was so laggy and full of bugs.
