Several issues that persisted and were never fixed by software updates. 1. Ear buds disconnecting from the phone at random. Would have to put ear buds back in case then out to reconnect. 2. Ear buds not disconnecting when placing them in the case. Would have to take out the put them in back in. 3. Ear buds getting locked in between devices when trying to connect to a laptop. Would not be able to connect to my phone again. Would have to factory reset it. 4. Sometimes the left ear piece would just not play anything or be detected. Sometimes put it back in the case and out wouldn't fix it. Warranty period is only a year so I'm outta luck on getting these repaired or replaced.

Sound quality of ear buds are great. Fit pretty well in my ear although using it for long periods of time would hurt. Case was a good size, volume was always fine, had no issue with them staying in my ear.

Screen has been replaced three times. Extremely fragile. Phone was dropped once, the other two failed with no noticeable damage or obvious casue of failure.

The device is snappy and has great battery life. Excellent UI.
