Great washer but lack of communication

  That being said, my brother-in-law and I had an extremely difficult time moving this up 17 steps that have two 90 degree landings near the top and bottom of the staircase (up 3, 90 degree turn left, up 11, 90 degree turn left, up 3).  I can't stress this enough.  This thing is bulky and h-e-a-v-y.  We're both in our early 30's, and in decent shape

I read several 1-star reviews here and on other sites about an obnoxiously loud banging/tapping/clunking sound occurring during the end of the cycle (when it spins at high RPM to dry the clothes).  This same thing happened to me; however, the issue (at least in my case) was caused by my own misinterpretation of the instructions - and was caused solely by ME not removing the plastic spacers, and the two metal shipping braces on the back.
