It wears off after an hour of training and it's gone, it's gone now, like I can sleep, no problems on this. Yeah, so having said that, it is okay for shorter days, shoulder days, arm days, maybe a chest day, but it definitely does struggle on your longer days, legs, back, anything that's more intensive, you'll find it running out. Yeah, and definitely, definitely not advertising this, endorsing this, saying this, but if you was more down that hardcore line, then you probably would get away with like a scoop and a half
