The backpack would be great if there wasn't metal tubes around the buckles that jangle every time you move it. Also the small pocket of the back is velcro with a metal circle on it to make it seem like it is a button. The backpack is way to short and only goes halfway down my back.

Just received it. I wasn't expecting much for the price but I imagined that it would have been waxed and it isn't. I am bummed but I really don't have the time to return it and I need a backpack, and overall this backpack fits my needs. The waxed canvas was just an added bonus.

This is a nice looking back pack bit it has 2 flaws. One is the straps are not sturdy enough. They seem flimsy. The other thing is that the top flap doesn't have snaps, it's magnetic. If you put a bit of weight in the pack they'll open right up.

I used this pack to travel to europe and it did... Okay. I wish the flaps had more sturdy enclosures and there is nothing of wax to this waxed canvas. It's structure is quite floppy as a result.
