Most reviews everywhere have become fake or 'controlled' ie. 'Incentivized Review' They don't mean anything with so many fake or controlled 'great' comments, therefore I won't post a comment unless it is negative.

The door/latch did not open when button was pushed. You have to pull the door open when button is pushed. Very poor design and quality of the door release mechanism. I returned the microwave oven.

So far, the microwave seems to work ok. But the door latch is very fiddly, and usually must be pushed several times before the door opens.
