Mixed bag

This chest freezer is the 4th one we have. Our older ones are 10-15 years old and are still working. We raise Dexter cattle and sell sides to our beef customers. These freezers are used to hold them until we deliver or customers pick up on their schedule.

poor seal and service is unreachable

i have had this freezer for four months now it is dead level in both directions and the seal leaks air as evidenced by water on the outside and ice on the inside i have called customer service and no one is home so i called warrantee claims and was referred by a robot to the nearest and only service...

While the Freezer is large enough, I am concerned that the seal on the door is not sealing even though the unit is level, I have to put a case of pop on the top to keep it sealed. I thought it would have been magnetic, but I guess not.

Ok it working, but you can tell its cheaply made and designed for a couple of years use. I have a old frigidaire that around 10 years old that still working and you can tell the difference in quality, material used and wall thickness.
