EVGA GeForce GTX 760

5900X, 64GB of 3600mhz ram and... a.... GTX 760..... for 4k gaming..... spoiler alert, not a lot gaming. Minecraft plays pretty well.

I'll start off by saying that XFX has made a great card. The cooler isn't the quietest, but it does seem very efficient. Even stress testing the card, I wasn't able to even reach 75C. It all looks good, and seems well enough built. I won't have the card for long enough to know it's longevity though....

On the unit that got sent to; I was unable to plug the power adapter [included in the package] into the actual card. One of them went in easy, the other did not go in at all. GTX 760 is older and Superseded by the GTX 1660 meaning that the GTX 1660 is much better, you get much more VRAM and cores, higher clock speeds etc. So in conclusion, the GTX 1660 is much better in terms of age (release date), performance and price compared to the GTX 760. Supersede list: (starting from GTX 760 - for xx60 series NVIDIA GeForce GPUs). GTX 760 -> GTX 960 -> GTX 1060 -> GTX 1660 -> RTX 2060 -> RTX 3060.

UPDATED July 3rd, 2014 The replacement card has worked fine. I've definitely put it through it's paces with alot of games at max detail and resolutions and it's been fine. I received an email last night stating that the GPU had passed its tests without fault. Apparently the card was tested on Warzone 1440p for over 2 hours without any issues as well as stressed on superposition to which performed without any issues as well.

The EVGA GeForce GTX760 FTW is an excellent card, especially in SLI configuration (I purchased two of these), for games with lots of detail. Because I have a geforce 760 that can't even play games that are 5 years old at 1080p on low settings, and because I don't want the same thing to happen to this graphics card.

Although a bargain for enthusiasts and gamers, this card is not for everyone. The amount of RAM (4GB) is probably not going to be in use for most users unless they are doing graphic rendering or playing extreme, graphic-centric games.
