Set up, start up were easy and flawless. Zwift set up was super simple. I did have a few dropouts where zwift lost connection with the suito in the middle of a ride...on 2 different rides. I started with a dumb trainer, then a Tacx Flow Smart and now have an Elite Suito. The best experience for me is with the Elite by a large margin.

The Suito works straight out the box on zwift. Connected the Suito to my laptop via ant dongle on average the Suito drops out twice at the beginning of most rides but after that works fine. Elite Suito would be a great option. It's direct drive and comes with the cassette pre-installed unlike others on the market. Personally for me I will never go back to a wheel on trainer after having switched to a direct drive trainer. The ride feel is much nicer and tends to be quieter as well.

This is a high end trainer and well respected, but the set up instructions are not very clear or intuitive. Fortunately, I’m an average cyclist and figured it out. Then, I connected to Zwift, no issues. But, it took me several weeks to study Zwift, make all the proper connections (cadence and power)...

\* some trainer models do come already equipped with a cassette (Elite Suito, for example, not the Suito-T version though). But there has been a worldwide shortage on cassette/chains/etc and thus those pieces have been harder to find. \* Yes of course, trainers keep you in shape, they are worth it, and they also provide some totally controlled environment that can help you train efficiently (no wind, no cars, no traffic lights : perfect for controlled sessions with intervals). And with a connected trainer, you keep track of all your training sessions and can easily spot your weaknesses to improve (after how long of an effort do you lose efficiency, etc).

I received my Elite Suito and after 20 minutes of first using it started to develop a constant knocking noise. 90% of the ride had this knocking noise. After further research this apparently has been a known issue. I'm still waiting on a response back from Elite.

I recently got my mom go upgrade from her Tacx Votex trainer to an Elite Suito and she has really enjoyed it the past 6 months. They are both really good trainers. The Elite Suito is arguably the best direct drive trainer for the money right now, DC Rainmaker also gave it a very good review.
