com, and today we're checking out the 1461 Bex from Doc Martens. This edgy Oxford features that smooth leather upper.

I would find an insole (preferably Dr. Martens brand) and put those in. I have the Bex 1461, got it in US 7 & US 8 (I usually wear an 8) the 7 was a tad too short in the toe area and the 8 was too big, but I kept the 8 and put an insole and now they fit perfectly. Dr. Martens really need to make half sizes for their shoes -\_-.

Not as comfortable as other Docs like 1461 model

I dug the style of these and subtle extra height they give me. Oddly unfomfortable, even after two dozen times wearing them. The toe box seems a little narrow and the mid section actually seems somewhat loose (relative to other Docs I own), so not that great for a long day on your feet. I also tried...

My ankle was sliding out and there was a bit less than half an inch of space at the back if I pushed my toes up all the way. I'm usually a true 6.5 women's in Vans, Nike, Converse, etc. Since the women's 6 in the 1461 bex was big, I decided to listen to the advice of the Journey's employee and order a size 5 (UK 3) to be sent to my house.

what are your favorite style(s) of docs that you’ve had and why?

I don't know if its fair to say that these are my favourites bc they are the newest addition to my collection but I really love the 1461 Bex Double When I first became interested in Dr. Martens, the 1461 was the style I wanted to start with. I ended up buying 4 pairs before finally getting these. The last few years of browsing and anticipation made getting them extremely exciting.

Sizing too big

They were beautiful shoes my only problem was that they fit way bigger than a size 10, I couldn't return it either since my usps can't ship it back so I had to sell them online sadly
