normal docs are a bit slippery in kitchens. docs with grip trax work as well or better than any other slip resistant (safety shoes) i've owned. the steel toe is just bonus protection for me.

Great boot, but could use more cushion. I work all day on my feet and normally buy Redwing which has little more padding. But other than that, I like the boots and will buy again.
