In any case, this is not the right gimbal for me a this time. I think I would be better suited with one of the Zhiyun gimbals, or maybe even the Ronin-SC, or any other lighter weight gimbals.

Need Help Looking for a gimbal

It will struggle to work well on the smaller/cheaper gimbals in that price range. Sadly, that is just the price of gimbals. If you can't afford a used Ronin SC, then you can't afford a gimbal. And even if you get that, it might struggle at the edge of its payload capacity.

Definitely not for beginners!!

This is a great stabilizer!! Well of course if you know you're doing for beginners it's like shaky and a bit hard to use probably recommend a bit of experience

Or will you keep using it for other stuff?. I run a music studio and we use an A7III with a Tamron 28-75 on a Ronin SC. We use the camera for photo too though so the lens was picked for best of both. I would not pick the small gimbal again as it’s hard to balance this setup but once you do it’s great for live performance capture.
