Darn Tough Light Hiker Micro Crew Light Cushion

While most who don't hike probably wouldn't appreciate it as much, I'd go with Darn Tough socks. If you're in the cold, go with their Mountaineering. If not, the micro crew midweight would work. If he or she is a hiker they'll be appreciated.

I really like the micro crew socks from darn tough (a bit longer than ankle socks but you can push them down to ankle sock territory which is nice) but I own quite a few pairs of diff. socks from them and all have their different uses for different conditions and all are amazingly comfortable. Can’t recommend them enough.
