What knee pads do you use for mountain biking?

They do the trick, are comfortable enough, and stay up.  I typically climb with them around my ankles and pull them up for decent. As they’re a bit tight it’s annoying pulling them up over pants so I prefer to use them with shorts.

It seems like it protects well ( I have yet to fall), but there crossed a point where I forgot I even had them on. That being said, these seem to do the job well. I returned my first pair though because the right knee pad had a small rub spot on the stitching. My second pair rocks
