 I just cleaned it, and i just started this. Look at this thing. Still your flaming in it still flame it off, and it's hot too, like it gets it'll burn you if you're trying to cook absolutely insane

Cuisinart 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Update

 I hope it does but I am not optimistic. The Cuisinart does not seem to be cleaned easily without damaging the unit. I will use it for as long as it lasts but then will go back to the reliable and sturdy Weber Q. I have had the older Q120 for over 10 years and it is still going

 I cooked steak and they came out great. I do not think from the quality of the metal and the construction that this unit will last. I hope it does but I am not optimistic. The Cuisinart does not seem to be cleaned easily without damaging the unit

 Q series - you know for grilling, so this effectively takes place of three things and, as you know, real estate in a rv, especially a smaller one. This is a class c uh, it's it's hard to come by. So when something can take place, three things. I guess you have to kind of live to learn what works for you, you know

 This deflector is not removable, so you have to really spray something down in here to move whatever's in here into that little hole. It'S uh, it's kind of something to do, but uh i mean that's my review so far, uh we'll be cooking. Pizzas, probably later this week, we're out on vacation right now, and it's just my thoughts so far with this thing, we didn't find a review when we did it, so it does get up to temperature extremely fast, we're just uh waiting to check it out. You know i mean it fits in our in our rv very nicely

 Really thought the pizzas came out better than what I buy in NYC! Because of the high temperature and how quickly it heats up, it took us 3 tries to get the pizza right, the first time the heat was too much and it burnt the crust. Also made some salmon patties and did some sumai dumplings with it..

 If you don't have a proper table to set it on then you are cooking near the ground level...so if you have back pain, and don't have a great table, forget it
