The Cuisinart CEC-10 Central Cooker is a medium-sized device capable of cooking up to ten eggs in a batch. With a modern-looking aesthetic, this device doesn't just look like it belongs in a dorm room. It consistently cooked our eggs to the desired doneness, and the cooked eggs peeled with ease. The steamed omelet it made was one of the fluffiest, moistest omelets we created during our testing. 
The biggest gripe we have with this model is all the accessories don't nest nicely inside for storage. Some parts must be stored separately, which is inconvenient and cumbersome, costing you more precious kitchen storage space. We appreciate that the poaching tray features four egg slots since most of the competition only offers two. Although this enhances cooking efficiency, we discovered the small and deep egg holes were more prone to sticking and harder to clean. Drawbacks aside, this high-quality egg cooker is a nice balance between cooking capacity and size. Thanks to the modern design, it won't look out of place when left out on the counter.

Here'S our eggs all right and then we're gon na put on cooker, goes on top. It says right on at this side up that's helpful, all right, ten eggs, we're gon na. Take our stylish stainless steel lid place it on top, and our next step will just be to flip the switch and wait for the buzzer alright

 I think instructions in the package, and so we have our stylish lid with our steam vent holes, no idea what these are measuring cup with our seven, you know, piercing needle there's actually got a metal piercing needle, and you can see that a nonce better than the Plastic ones that some of these have up with cookie tray and it's gon na be the omelette tray and, of course, our lower cooking tray and all the stuff is just water, safe, all the not not the base, obviously but the rest of it's dishwasher safe. So I'm gon na go ahead and throw it all and just one and get it washed, and I will figure out what the hell these are, that will do a jump, cut and way back to trying to cook some hard-boiled eggs all right and through the magic Of editing, everything is now clean, figured out what these are. If you make disgusting soft-boiled eggs, you guys can cut the top off and you can set the egg in and to eat it. So that's not something I'll ever be doing, and what we're gon na do now is we're gon na try to do ten hard-boiled eggs so got our very easy to read cup

I like the egg cooker,  however it would have been nice not to get a used unit.

NICE PRODUCT

  The different plastic trays that hold eggs for the various preparations are cleverly designed, seem to work well for all methods of preparing eggs, and pack up nicely to store under Egg Central's domed hood. All in all, I think the greatest strength of the Egg Central is the convenience it offers in cooking eggs as you like them. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and I hope you find it helpful in making a buying decision.

PROBABLY NOT WHAT YOU THINK: IT'S JUST A "DUMB" STEAMER. READ ON TO LEARN WHAT YOU'RE REALLY BUYING...

 My old Oster does a far superior job of poaching eggs, and a microwave omelet "pan" does a better job with omelets and does it without sticking. I'll keep my old Oster for poaching eggs, but the Cuisinart rocks for making hardboiled eggs.  Storage: Most but not all of the parts will store under the lid and the cord can be wrapped around a cord spool on the bottom.  The above shortcomings aside I'm giving it 4 stars because short of baking 2 dozen eggs at a time in the oven (yes baking works) the CEC-10 is the fastest and most convenient way that I've found to hard boil a lot of eggs fast
