When using the bread maker, please make sure that you first set the removable bread pan in the basin of the bread maker *BEFORE* inserting the kneading paddle into the bottom of the bread pan. Failure to do so can cause the kneading paddle to unseat itself when the bread pan is inserted and locked in to the unit. To insert the bread pan, follow the instructions in the use and care guide.  It definitely got that medium crust that i was kind of expecting definitely a good size for sure if it's only like a pound - and i think it's actually really decent. So now i'm actually gon na take it out and i'll show you guys how it looks so after i took it out. Obviously this is the actual size. Obviously, i think a really good size for maybe two to three people, and obviously it did get a little burnt here on the edges somewhat almost all the way around, except for the front and also the kneading paddle that i was talking about earlier um

 And if you do not perfect the way the dough is like formed, it sucks, obviously. But when you do, it's literally so satisfying and there's literally no better feeling in the world. Trust me, it's just amazing. But this definitely saves the time in the hassle

I use the Cuisinart CBK-200 bread machine, the recipe is from the recipe booklet. First time trying this recipe.

 So the bread machine is now working and in three hours this bread machine is going to start beeping to. Let me know that my bread is ready to go so in the meantime. What i wanted to do is just tell you about a few more things that i both like and dislike about this bread machine, one of the really nice things about this bread machine is: it comes with this recipe book with a whole bunch of different recipes. There are all sorts of bread that you can make, whether it's white bread, whether it's rosemary bread, focaccia bread, i could even make pizza dough, so there are all types of bread i can make with this now

 This specific kind of ingredient set that i put in this is this is for the one pound i tend to do. One pound simply because this way i could finish the bread faster and i eat it. While it's fresh, if i go two pounds, it lasts a little bit longer here. What i could do is i could switch through the different sizes

Also, another feature with the cbk200 is you'll notice that there's you have your heating element at the bottom of the kind of the bread maker compartment, but you also have this vent on the side, and what that is is this is a convection bread maker with a Convection, bread maker, what you'll get is it'll when the heating element heats up, the the air. The convection will blow that hot air around within the the bread making compartment and the benefit of that is. Is you get this nice crisp kind of surface or a kind of loaf texture on the outside, and so that's one of the big differences

 So what this is gon na? Let you do this is going to let you fill up your bread pan with your ingredients and then set a delay, timer so say in the morning. You wanted a rustic French loaf and for dinner you could set the timer say hey. I need this done at this this time that that's this many hours away and it's going to start it at a certain time, so it is ready whenever you want it. So a quick note about that some recipes

 One we've got white and then cycle. Two is rapid, white and you're. Gon na see this pattern going down through here, it's gon na, say the bread and then it's gon na have a rapid thread, and that is for normal yeast and rapid rice. So, depending on the recipe are using, you can choose that so we've got white, we've got whole wheat, rabbit whole wheat, French and Italian, obviously they're out French and Italian, quick, breads and cakes

 There are a bunch of options, so I'm gon na break it down it's easily as possible. Up here is our LCD, so this is going to tell you what's going on how long your loaf has to bake and everything like that. So up top we've got. It says: one-pound 1

 Lots of events - and it's got a nice handle right here, so it's got - handle on each side doesn't need to pick this up and move it. The handles will easily get your fingers under there. So it's not smaller, though it is a nice sized sample and we'll turn it around, and we've got our powder quarter back here, so power cord standard to plumb cords and it's about three feet in length and it's got a little cord wrap right here as well. So if you need to wrap it up, they've included the court wrap for you too
