The Cuisinart Bread Machine has 12 pre-set programs and comes with a recipe booklet that includes recipes for Gluten bread, sweet bread, and also Jam.

The Cuisinart bread maker is lightweight, compact, and easy to use.  It has the option of leaving the kneading paddle in the machine or taking it out.  Leaving the kneading paddle in is definitely a great option to have especially so you can dump all your ingredients into the machine and then forget about it.

The Cuisinart bread machine can bake bread for 1lb, 1 1/2lb or 2 lb loaves.  Generally, 2 cups of flour will be used to make a 1lb loaf, 3 cups of flour to make a 1 and a half lb loaf and 4 cups of flour to make a 2 lb loaf of bread.

I personally found the Cuisinart Bread Maker made amazing results to the crust of the bread, more than the bread itself! The bread comes out really well, and when it's toasted, it tastes so, so good!!

You can also use the Cuisinart CBK-110 automatic bread machine to only knead the dough, and then you can shape and bake the bread in your oven or vice versa, you can prepare the dough in another appliance or by hand and use the Cuisinart Bread machine to simply bake the bread.  There are so many options available with this automatic bread machine!

At first, I was impressed by this machine's good looks and compact size. But then my phone rang – it was year 2004, asking for its technology back. 😀 I mean, the programs are referenced on the tiny LCD display as numbers, one has to look up the number in a table to actually figure out which program does what – I guess Cusinart was reluctant to spend the extra 5 cents that would have gotten it a display that can spell out the recipe names.  However, the worst part is the obnoxiously loud alarm that blazes twice during the recipe: when you're supposed to add mix-in ingredients and remove the paddle (in 2018, people will have automatic dispensers and self-folding paddles), and when the bread is ready

 Like (I'm sure) the other 99 brands available on Amazon – you know, the ones with good displays, collapsible paddles, mix-in dispensers, adjustable sound, and dishwasher-safe parts.

Extremely loud alarms that cannot be silenced

 That'S already in I'll be adding 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, 3 cups of unbleached, all-purpose flour, they specify unbleached and I've got bread machine yeast to put in now. It has to be put in. In that order from what they say in the recipe booklet, so I'm gon na go ahead and add those ingredients in so there's your 2 tablespoons plus 1. No, no, that's the butter

So the butter goes in before the granulated sugar. So there's the butter and you got a stubborn piece down and now I have the granulated sugar and kosher salt

All right just got this today, it's a cbk, 110 Cuisinart, bread maker. I'Ve already got the water in, so I'm gon na go ahead and put in the rest of the ingredients. Get this thing going and see what kind of loaf of bread that it can pop out? Okay, back, it's gon na make a medium one and a half pound loaf of white bread. So it's calling for one cup plus 2 tablespoons of water at room temperature

 I don't know if this cut down on my bread bill, huh yeah it will, but I don't know how long it take to pay for that thing, which was actually pretty cheap. 63 bucks - and I saw they had it on sale today for like 59. So if you can get it for that price, that was on Amazon, you can get it for that price, pretty good stuff, pretty nice body. When I first started looking at it on Amazon, it was $ 71 and the next day it dropped down to 63 and the day after they had dropped down to 59

 This went off about three minutes ago, so i'm going to open this up, so i'm going to use it comes with this little tool to help you grab this little handle out and use my hot mitt to pull it out of here nice. So this is the biggest size that you can make. I just went ahead and wanted to see how it was going to make a whole two pound loaf. You can't make smaller loaves, obviously but um yeah

The reason that we picked this bread maker is because it actually cooks the bread vertically, so it takes up a lot less counter space, which is a huge plus for me, i'm going to go ahead and open it up and check it out and see what it Comes with all right, it looks like it comes with the instruction booklet, as well as the recipe booklet, it's all kind of in one. So that's good. It looks like it actually comes with a lot of different recipes, which is very helpful to have ones that are specifically for this bread maker

 My only negative comment is that the First only listed a yr. electrics and heating coils nothing is perfect. No matter what recipe you want to do - read the booklet, it tells you the Oder of placing the ingredients in the ‘bowl’ so long as you do that you will never be disappointed pointed. However it is important you follow the Order - i would use Fast rise yeast - there really is a difference
