This vest is comfortable to wear and comes with 10 iron or waves of 4 pounds each. The total weight of this vest with all waves added is 40 pounds.

i bought the 60lb vest. had to modify it by putting gel pads under the shoulder straps to keep from digging in my traps so hard. the vest definitely adds octane to any activity when worn.

Good purchase, but in my opinion, the vest is not comfortable unless you purchase the optional shoulder pads (of which they are currently sold out of).
