Neutral sound with a linear frequency response and a great mid range that many speakers in the price range lack. Internet direct, no middlemen or resellers so compare to $500 retail speakers.

The c62 is one of Crosleys better tables so it shouldn't be running slow. Check the belt, platter, and motor spindlr and make sure it's clean of grease or oils. Then look over the table and see if it has pitch control anywhere. Sometimes it's controlled by little screws on the bottom.

I really like the LP120 I have but the newer 140 looks like it might be out of range.

The Crosley C62 on amazon is $200 and comes with speakers. Add a headphone amp and you’re all set to start out.

I was enjoying this turntable when I bought it last year during the start of the pandemic. This month the sound quality went down and my speakers have a short in them. I’m no longer happy with this purchase, did not last me a year.

The Crosley is not the gentlest turntable on the market. Invest in one that has a low tracking force (that's the weight of the needle on the album). The Crosley C62 has a recommended weight of 3.5g, better turntables and cartridges will have 1.0-1.5g tracking weight. I also prefer a turntable that automatically lifts at the end of the album, I have an older Technics that is semi automatic.

Very limited bluetooth range, less than half of previous model. No automatic needle return. Adjusted needle height and still skips/skates frequently. Not very loud.

The sound quality could be better. I wish it came with a sub woofer. Also the mat that sits on top of the turn table came bent.
