CRKT Folts Biwa Fixed Blade Knife Brown/Black G-10

Good knife, sharp, grippy enough, good profile, but useless without a decent sheath that actually retains the knife! How is it that an established company like CRKT can't make a decent sheath for this that retains it securely, yet Canku and other Chinese startups have no problem doing so? Disappoint...

Not thrilled with this knife. I wear a CRKT minimalist for a neck knife daily, i thought this would be a nice substitute but I'm just not liking it. I made a leather sheath for it and put it in my kit as a caping knife. Good quality and very sharp just not my favorite

The knife is nice and it’s sharp what I was looking for. But the sheath I won’t trust again wearing around my neck knife popped out and cut my chest. Wasn’t bad but could have been.

I like the knife but the sheath was REALLY tight for 2-3 times after that the knife almost falls have a hard time trusting it ... It's a smaller knife but good for a EDC

The size is perfect for trout and nice enough for everyday carry/ use. The sheath, and lack of a clip or means to attach to a belt, is a disappointment as is the near 0 edge on the blade.

Sharpening is an easy fix and I’ll keep it for my fly fishing outfit.
