It came so dull I couldn't believe it. I can run a finger along the edge and not cut myself. Gonna spend some time on the stones and see if I can't put an edge on it.

Love the knife but had a warranty issue and Condor told me not covered under lifetime warranty because Amazon is not an Authorized dealer.

Good weight and feel. I have used this on a couple of camping trips and it’s a good kitchen knife. I gave it a bit better edge but the blade is nice ang study, a bit thicker than the old hickory knives I’ve used. Cleaned and oiled it stays rust free very well.

Tough, rugged knife, 4 stars because the handle is a little shorter than it should be, and of course the sheath with most Condors is just so/so
