It is really good. It is light and suitable for rain not to be dried in the rainy day. Unfortunately, it was not useful for me, living in NewYork city, since the rain mostly come with cold and wind and it was not enough for me.

I was disappointed with this jacket. For being a Columbia it Looks and feels much thinner than I expected. The outer material feels like a cheap vinyl poncho although it does have a typical Columbia type lining.

Too bad I'm returning this jacket. The overall fit is great -- room for a sweater, but the arms are too long. The gathering around the arm opening isn't tight enough to secure around my wrists.

Finally had enough rain to test the waterproofing today. Disappointing. The body did okay but sleeves got wet and my phone in the pocket got quite wet. Really had hoped for better.

I have thought very highly of Columbia and own numerous women's hiking pants and shirts. The quality of my older items far exceeds what Columbia has become today.
