A slip joint with a flipper!

Great action for a non locking knife. S35vn steel. Costs about 85 bucks.

What kind of knife has no locking mechanism and just a detent? This is a glaringly bad design of a knife. Not to mention for the money just a small knife. I love Civivi knives in general but hard pass on this one. Going back ASAP. Avoid unless you like cutting your fingers.

civivi appalachian drifter 2. i got it about a month ago and it hasn't left my pocket. its functional and classy; nice lines - works in the office and around the farm. plus its a fidget friendly front flipper.

I am not a big fan of the “mid stop” style slip joints and this knife does not have one so when I picked this up I knew it was the one!!

It’s nice but you have to be careful. First time I opened a box with it I instinctively put my index finger on the spine and it closed luckily only half way. But it was very close to biting me.
