 Because of this feature, you simply place the pitcher on the base unit, pour in your milk, place the clear plastic lid on the pitcher, then hit your desired button.  All frothers tend to be pricey but this is the 3rd we've tried and seems easiest to care for, store and keep clean. The instructions are vague, asking you to install the frother of choice so I was trying to pry the frother from the inside base out when in fact it was just an extra. It is hard for me to get my average woman hand inside to do so so I really doubt a man's hand will fit inside to swap out frother piece, for cleaning too if need be. All in all it is quiet and attractive you have to just decide if it's worth the price I guess

I love frothed milk.  I specifically purchased this so I wouldn’t have to use my cappuccino machine every time I wanted frothed milk, but not a cappuccino.  It works great.  Of course a true froth from the cappuccino machine is better

Good so far

I drink a lot of Silk original, unsweetened coconut milk and other dairy-free milk alternatives. I found that with the alternative milks with a more watery consistency, this frother just didn't do the trick. I ended up returning it for a refund. Maybe it works for dairy milks, but for dairy-free, I'll stick to getting my hot beverages at a professional cafe for now
