I need some help brainstorming Thanksgiving dinner for four people. The restrictions are one vegetarian, and one dairy free (also can’t consume butter, adding because this didn’t seem obvious to me). The vegetarian is happy with sides only. I’m mostly stumped with the dairy free. I mean, Mac &amp; Cheese and mashed potatoes with no dairy seems somewhat daunting to pull off. And subbing butter in a way to satisfy the vegetarian restriction without sacrificing flavor seems challenging. I’m looking do a turkey, roasted carrots, corn, greens, mashed potatoes, yams, Mac, biscuits/rolls, cranberry relish. Any substitution advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m really determined to pull this off without turning into a mess in the kitchen the morning of.
